With a strong foundation in architecture and construction, Yuniel Perez brings a unique design-driven approach to every project. After earning his degree in Architecture in 2006 from the University of Havana and a Master’s in Remodeling Construction in 2009, he dedicated his career to transforming spaces with precision and creativity. As the Founder and CEO of MDM (Modern Design Miami), he specializes in seamlessly blending functionality with modern aesthetics, guiding clients in revitalizing outdated spaces into sleek, contemporary Miami-style environments. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, he ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. Leo Orjuela
Leo Orjuela is a seasoned leader in the construction industry with over 15 years of experience. As the Founder and President of MDM, he ensures every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency. Growing up in a construction family, he gained firsthand experience from a young age, later earning a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Under his leadership, MDM has built a solid reputation in Miami for luxury condominium renovations, large-scale hotel transformations, and complex commercial projects. Committed to integrity, hard work, and excellence, he approaches each endeavor with dedication. Beyond his professional life, Leo is an avid runner, traveler, and adventure enthusiast.

Allen Moya
Allen Moya comes from a family with three generations in construction. He earned his Architecture degree from the University of Havana and later relocated to Miami, where he joined MDM to continue his career. Since obtaining his Certified General Contractor License, he has been instrumental in driving the company's growth. As COO, Allen is dedicated to infusing identity and authenticity into every design, valuing transparent collaboration, open communication, and teamwork. His combined expertise in architecture and construction provides a well-rounded perspective, allowing him to approach projects through a comprehensive lens and drive MDM's vision forward.

As a licensed General Contractor (GC), we have the expertise and authorization to manage and execute high-end residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
In addition, we have our Architecture License, expanding our capabilities to offer comprehensive TurnKey projects. This new certification allows us to provide a seamless, in-house approach to both design and construction, ensuring greater efficiency, precision, and a streamlined experience for our clients.
